Be My Guest | Katyha of Love Katyha

Hello there goodnightlittlespoon readers, my name is Katyha, I blog over at lovekatyha. Bianca was so lovely to ask me to do a guest post while she is away getting married and enjoying time with her family and friends. For the guest posts Bianca has asked that we pick an idea from Keri Smith's 100 Ideas and while I struggled a little with finding an idea that was perfect for me, I eventually managed it.

59. List ten things you would like to do every day

Thank you Bianca for the honour of being able to fill in for you today. Oh and congratulations! My fingers and toes are crossed that your special day is super amazing and magical. I cannot wait to see the photos.

Be My Guest | Marlou of Hei Marlou

Hello everyone! my name is Marlou, I'm from the Netherlands and blog over at Hei Marlou. I've been reading Bianca's blog for a while now, and am really excited (and a little nervous) about guest blogging here! When choosing one of Keri Smith's 100 Ideas I decided I had to do something real creative - since Goodnight Little Spoon often makes me want to do some drawing, cutting and pasting... something I don't really do much. So, that's why I chose:

79. Find a photo. Alter it by drawing over it.

I decided to use a postcard a friend gave to me, after she found it at a flea market in France. It sadly doesn't say from which year it is, but I thought it might need a little color anyway. That's why I started drawing "friendly looking monsters", a tourist and flowers --- I guess you all understand why I don't draw that often (...) but hey, this was fun!

Thank you so much for having me, Bianca. i hope you're having a lovely holiday! :)

Love,
Marlou

Be My Guest | Georgia of The Velvettes

Hi Bianca's readers! I'm Georgia of The Velvettes, and I was thrilled when she asked me to help cover for her while she's away on holiday. I've chosen to do number eleven on the 100 things list:

11. Make a list of everything you buy in the next week.

I really wanted to draw my dinner for this but I couldn't find any coloured pencils! I didn't realise how much junk I bought until I did this. So here is everything I exchanged money for in the last week, excluding power and a roof over my head...
  • An Abba Zabba chocolate bar from the dairy on my walk home- $2.30
  • An amazing blue velvet 1950s dress with a bit of damage from a consignment shop- $17
  • Groceries for the me and Jack for the week (mostly dairy products, really)- $45.48
  • Chips and pineapple fritters for our dinner after grocery shopping when it was late and I couldn't be bothered cooking- $8.30
  • A tray of eggs, a cauliflower, a cabbage, some kiwifruit, lemons and beetroot from the vege market- $18
  • A prescription fee- $3
  • A bottle of cheap pink wine for a party- $6.90
  • Some purple thread and pins for a sewing project- $4.50
  • A top-up for my bus card- $20
