Just A Minute | July

Today I'm sewing bindings on zines to be posted out. If you'd like a copy, I've still got a handful left before I have to do another print run (search for 'goodnightlittlespoon' on Etsy)
Zines being sent to far away places earlier in the week
I've been binding and packaging up lots of zines.

Sunday afternoon
I spent some time in the lovely afternoon light at my kitchen table making things.

Beautiful Clare after we went back to our seats after singing #wintersecrets @clarebowditch
Teenage dream unlocked! Sang in a workshop with @clarebowditch as part of @festofvoices. Even get to sing on stage tonight!
I attended a singing workshop with Clare Bowditch and the workshop singers got to sing on stage with her in her show later that night. A wonderful experience.

I'm getting a lot of number 1 face, followed by number 2 face today #babyjagoe
Hamboy #babyjagoe
This boy was lovely and cheeky.

It's a horrible gusty, trees-falling over kind of day. The kind of day you just want to curl up on a jumper left on the kitchen table and stay there all day #atticuskitty #tintinkitty #mescakitty 3/4 cats!
My cats didn't like the cold weather and bundled themselves together on a jumper on the kitchen table.

Relaxed and grumpy #babyjagoe
Sometimes the cheeky boy was a grumpy boy.

People are always so nice to me. The uni tech left an electric typewriter on my desk and my friend Scott left me an amazing Alan Fletcher book. I know nice people.
I have extreme hayfever, so instead of uni work I'm doing whatever I want.
I spent some time at my uni desk making things (it's a bit sparser than last semester!). Also, the uni tech gave me an electric typewriter to play with.

This boy just took one small, solitary step. Finally! One little bit of happy in an otherwise brutally hard few days #babyjagoe
#babyjagoe knows how to stand up on the cat food container and turn the lights on and off.
Theodore took some steps(!) and also now seems to really enjoy standing up on the cat food container and turning the light switch on and off.

I'm taking photos of some underrated Launceston buildings to sketch and there was something about this one I really liked #drawinglaunceston
I started a little drawing project about Launceston and took some photos for reconnaissance and this little house stood out to me.

I love a good vintage dress.
I bought this really nice vintage dress.

I saw this the other day in a laneway and liked it (the face is our prime minister) #launceston
I saw this graffiti in a laneway in Launceston recently and thought it was cool.

Lately it's been so hard to put this guy to bed at 7pm, not because he won't go to sleep (the 'lie down' method is my savior - he sleeps for 13hrs straight now!) but because I just want to keep playing with him. He is my little friend #babyjagoe
The 'lie down' sleeping method works too well sometimes and you really just want to keep your baby up and play with it for a few more hours (he now sleeps from 7pm - 8am with no wake ups!).
