I rarely buy CDs, but C does so that counts right? He bought Veckatimest by Grizzly Bear and it was great.

Absolutely everything by Why?. That guy is a lyrical maniac.

Nickelback is always up the top of that list for me.

I didn't listen to mainstream radio or video shows so I was probably sheltered from the brunt of it. 'Party In The USA' by Miley Cyrus gets burnt on my brain and I can't get it out of my head, so I hate it for that.

What was the coolest music video you saw this year?
Totally out of my music taste, but the video for Bad Romance by Lady Gaga is pretty bizarre.

Did you watch Idol/the arias/grammys/mtv awards?
The Arias sucked. Idol is my guilty pleasure.

Eh, I didn't see anything really big. I saw Def Leppard this time last year though, ha.

My mum gave me an iPod for my birthday, I don't use it much, I just used the stereo.

The 500 Days of Summer soundtrack has had a lot of plays for me this year.

I watched Boyzvoice last night actually, it was funny.

Mojo Juju and the Snake Oil Merchants never disappoint.

Not much, I'd love to have more money for that kind of thing.

'Quiet is the new loud' kind of stuff, soft rock, some hip hop.

Best song to be happy to you listened to this year?
It's an oldie, but I love 'You Make My Dreams' by Hall and Oates. So feel good.

Best song to be sad to you listened to this year?
Lover Spit by Feist.
